What is your return policy? TOP
Store credit only for returned items. We will accept a returned product within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the product is in its original saleable condition and the packaging is un-damaged and like-new. We will refuse any items that have acquired a scent, are soiled or have been washed. If you wish to return an item please contact us for a Return Authorization number which must appear on the outside of the returned package. You are responsible for paying all return shipping charges. You will receive a store credit minus all applicable shipping fees.
Preorders are exchangable for store credit, but non-refundable after placing the order.
Damaged items receive full refund within 14 days.
We are not responsible for items that have been returned but lost in mail
If you purchase a gift for an expectant parent we can provide you with a gift receipt so the item may be exchanged.

Can I pick up directly to save on shipping costs? TOP
Yes, please eMail us and let us know what you like to pick up. Our warehouse location is in Astoria/LIC. Alternatively you can pick up at one of our classes as well. Please check the calendar for location and times.

Shipment Policy TOP
We ship items Mondays through Saturday. In stock items will usually ship within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Express mail items will be shipped the same day if the order is placed by 10 AM.
If you are unsure about what is in stock or when your item will arrive you can call our retail location during business hours 212-313-9600 or eMail us.
International Shipping TOP
We highly recommend to choose Express Mail shipping when checking out. This option features tracking information and insurance.
We also offer International Priority Mail and International First Class mail, however there is no tracking and insurance included in those methods.
Priority Mail generally is relatively fast to most countries but we sometimes experience long arrival times and often the item is not traceable.
Metro Minis/Slingzilla is not responsible for international priority and first class mail once it enters the mail stream. Only insured International Express mail packages will be replaced should there be a problem.
Color Disclaimer TOP
Due to variances among computer monitors the colors you see on your screen may not be the exact colors of our babycarrier, or item. If you are unsure about the color of a baby carrier please contact us first to get a better description of the item.
What are the preorders? TOP
A pre-order is a discounted price for a product that we expect in at a later date. Some pre-orders are specially manufactured for Metro Minis and others are simply items which are not yet available, but which we expect at a later date. From time to time, we will offer items for pre-order to offset the cost of manufacturing them; therefore pre-orders are exchangable but non-refundable.
Do you offer Babywearing Workshops? TOP
Yes, we do! And they are completely free! The current schedule can be found at our calendar. (may take a while to load)
This class is Babywearing 101 and for the absolute beginner. We also have more advanced classes as well.
